

Server Rules
My server has a simple set of rules which I kindly ask all players to adhere to.
They are designed to keep the server an even playing field for everyone and a fun place to enjoy Rust.
My Golden Rules
In the world of Rust, maintaining a fair and enjoyable environment is crucial for the success and longevity the server. UK Rust has established a set of "Golden Rules" aimed at ensuring an even playing field and a positive experience for all players.
The rules are simple and emphasize fair play:
Fair Play is Paramount
No cheats, scripts, bots, or exploiting glitches. Let's keep it fair and square!
Respectful Communication

Engage in friendly banter; no trolling, spamming, or harassment.

Global chat in English; team chat in any language. Talk freely with your squad!
Group Limit Enforcement

Max 3 players per group. No roaming, raiding, or defending for allies.

Players may only change team once during a wipe, and must inform admin of the change using a support ticket

Max 3 team members on code locks, TCs, or Auto Turrets. Teamwork makes the dream work, but let's not overdo it!
No Griefing

Raiding is allowed; griefing (e.g., blocking expansions or entry) is not.

No taking over raided bases, unless competing for unestablished base locations.

Do not de-spawn raid items; it may result in temporary bans. Let's play fair!
Account Restrictions

No players with VAC/Game Bans or bans less than 500 days old.

Accounts must be set to "public."

Accumulation of Rust Admin Bans, Players with 2 or more Rust Admin bans are not permitted on the server.

No advertising other servers or links in player names. Non-VPN connections only (submit a ticket if you need a VPN).
Support/Reporting Mechanisms

Report suspected cheating or request support via the 🎫open-ticket in the Discord support channel.

Please do not submit support tickets to request an admin to destroy walls or other items placed incorrectly.
Ban Durations

Server bans - 1st time bans: 30 days temp ban. Repeat bans: permanent. Play nice, and you'll be fine!

Chat Mutes - 1st instance: 24 hour mute, 2nd instance: 7 day mute, 3rd instance: 7 day temp server ban, a little bit of
Staff Authority

Staff decisions are final. Contact Old Rusty for staff concerns.
Respect

Be respectful to staff and players. Treat others as you want to be treated.

Do not mention staff directly in chat; it may lead to warnings or removal.
Prohibited Content

No illegal content, doxing, threats, toxic behaviour, racism, NSFW material, or offensive content. Violations result in immediate and permanent bans. Keep it clean!
