The UK Rust web store, hosted via Tip4serv, offers digital packages and perks that support the UK Rust game server. All purchases made through this store are classified as voluntary donations and are processed as digital content delivered immediately upon payment.

No Refunds — All Sales Final

By completing a transaction on the UK Rust web store, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

All donations are non-refundable, under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Account bans or suspensions from the UK Rust game server.
Changes to server rules, gameplay, or donation perks.
Technical issues, including connectivity or server downtime.
Buyer’s remorse or accidental purchases.

Once a donation is processed and the associated perks are delivered, no refund, reversal, or chargeback will be granted.

Bans and Account Restrictions

If a player is banned from the UK Rust game server for violating server rules, community guidelines, or terms of service, no refund will be issued, regardless of donation history or remaining duration of perks.

This policy applies to all bans, including:

Temporary or permanent bans.
Automated or manual enforcement.
Bans resulting from VAC/Game infractions, toxicity, scripting, or other prohibited behaviour.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital content that is delivered immediately and with the consumer’s consent is not eligible for cancellation or refund once delivery has begun.
